WHAT IS A MOISTURE BAG?
A moisture bag is a specially engineered hanging moisture absorber designed to protect your Cargo during ocean freight. It continuously absorbs water vapour from the container's internal atmosphere throughout the entire voyage preventing the formation of container rain (condensation that drips from container walls onto cargo), which causes mould, mildew, rust, corrosion, clumping, and spoilage.

Each moisture bag contains a scientifically formulated mixture of Calcium Chloride and Starch, packed in breathable nonwoven / Tyvek packaging that allows water vapour to pass through while trapping liquid water inside eliminating any risk of dripping on your cargo.


PRODUCT RANGE:
We manufacture container moisture bags and desiccant strips in 2 sizes and 3 grades:


SIZES:

• 1kg Strip (250gm 4 pouches, horizontal) with hook for easy hanging.
• 500gm Strip (250gm 2 pouches) with hook, ideal for tight spacing and even distribution.

GRADES (Absorption Capacity):

• Grade 1 absorbs 300% of its own weight (recommended for long voyages 2050 days)
• Grade 2 absorbs 150% of its own weight (ideal for medium-distance routes)
• Grade 3 absorbs 100% of its own weight (suitable for short-distance or dry-climate routes)
